Positive: Beautiful hotel, excellent Front Desk and Guest Relations staff, welcoming, empathetic and generally efficient general staff, lovely facilities, comfortable rooms, good accessibility, quality entertainment, varied and copious breakfast buffet, beautiful big pool, beach...and the excellent Bounty Restaurant right on the beach.

Negative: Some staff members could do with a bit more training. Several in the main breakfast & dining area were extremely slow and 'forgetful'! We constantly had to remind them of requests, e.g. for clean cutlery, napkins, water, etc. No beverages, not even water, are included in the price of the dinner buffet. The buffet itself could have more daily variety - not the same dishes every evening. There is a serious problem of small, but very bold birds 'scavenging', especially at breakfast, and even landing and sitting on some of the food on the buffet! Not sure how to fix this problem in a humane way, but they are truly off-putting! The very shallow end of the big and beautiful pool, right next to the bar, could pose a serious risk to small children and non-swimmers. The shallow part ends abruptly with a sudden drop to a depth beyond the height of children and even some adults, without any barrier or warning sign. The Spa area is very small. By the time we realised this, we were not able to book to use our complimentary spa visits as there were no convenient slots left. Pity!
